we are honored to serve our community as a cash-based wellness practice, therefore we do not accept insurance. our practice loves to serve our community through individualized care that is unique to each client, and even each visit. unfortunately, insurance companies tend to dictate the amount and type of care, while basing it off a “sick” care paradigm, which is opposite of our vitalistic approach where we see the individual as a whole. however, we are happy to provide itemized receipts (“superbills”) for clients to submit themselves, as certain insurances will allow for reimbursements. we also accept most forms of HSA and FSA payments.

frequency can be different for each individual because we all process things uniquely and we want to honor that. our work is here to support you in your healing journey - letting go of the intention that you need to be “fixed”. we are always going to be encountering stressors in our everyday lives, this work isn’t about “fixing”, making your posture “look right”, or reaching an “end goal”, it is about increasing adaptability in our nervous system so that we can process things with more ease. most of our community chooses to have continuous care because they feel more resiliency in their everyday encounters, better function, increased awareness, and most importantly, more trust in their body’s innate intelligence to self-heal and self-regulate. in the end, we do provide recommendations in frequency depending on the season of life the individual is going through, whether that be weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly etc., but we also honor that you know your system the best.

when you reserve a time, you are holding a space that is no longer available to other clients. due to our limited availability, we require a 24 hour in-advance notice if an appointment needs to be cancelled or rescheduled. this policy is in place so that each visits will be charged at the full amount if changes are made within 24 hours from the scheduled time. thank you for your understanding.

we believe that we heal better in community. oftentimes, you will be getting adjusted alongside other folks. this way it also allows everyone to have more time to integrate the work we are doing. visit times vary from 15 to 45 min, depending on what we feel your system needs that day. private 1-on-1 visits (45 min) can be requested for those who feel they need greater time and space to process.

due to our building being built in the 1980s, there is no elevator unfortunately. we strive our best to accommodate individuals who may have an issue with walking up the stairs. when this happens, please contact our office for a home visit at a premium rate, or in the meantime we have trusted colleagues we are happy to refer you to. for parents with young kids who may have many things or a stroller to carry up, you are welcome to contact the office ahead of time and we are happy to provide you some assistance.
